We urge our parishioners to support our society by donating their gently used clothing, shoes, draperies, and linen. The response is often overwhelming and the funds raised through this activity are used to help those in need through the various out reach programs of the society helping those in need not just in our parish but within the province, country and rest of the world.

Depending on the status of funds we are hoping to once again have our Christmas outreach.

We look forward to your donations and the amazing support we get from the various schools of our parish especially St. Marcellinus (Lead by Ms. Aileen Santos) who helped us in a huge way and not forgetting the Peel Police who supported us with Toys for the children thorough their Toys for Tots program.

We are going to be reaching out to all the families we have helped this year who have school going children and provide them with financial support.

It was going to be a difficult year for the SVP to have a successful Christmas Outreach. However, with the help of St. Marcellinus Secondary School, St. Veronica Elementary School, the volunteers of St Francis Xavier church and the Peel Police helping us with toys from their Toys For Tots program, we were able to put Christ back into Christmas and bring Joy and Hope to the over 60 families we helped. So THANKYOU and wish you and your families a great Christmas.

With the support/donations from our parishioners, toys donated by Peel Police, gift cards from St. Valentines School & San Lorenzo, and Christmas hampers from Amica Senior Lifestyles, we were able to support over 45 families this weekend with toys for every child and gift cards to every family to help them enjoy the spirit of Christmas. Such an amazing way to end the year and looking forward to 2023.  Thanks to our benefactors, it was a joy to see the smiles on the recipients.
